The LSUS Weightlifting team continued its competitive season with an impressive showing at the Southern WSO Weightlifting Championships at the Shreveport Convention Center this past Saturday, September 6.
LSU Shreveport weightlifting turned in a strong showing at the USA Weightlifting North American Open Series II, held August 28-31 in Fort Worth, Texas.
The LSUS Weightlifting team delivered a strong performance at the National University Championships, held Feb. 27 - March 2, earning a fifth-place finish in the women's division and a 12th-place finish in the men's division.
