LSUS FISHING TAKES ON THE ARKANSAS RIVER

The LSUS Bass Fishing team set their anchors in the Arkansas River this weekend as they competed in the FLW College Fishing League. The Pilots finished tied for 58th overall in a very competitive field that saw Arkansas Tech take home the win.

Kenneth Cheramie and Tyler Tamburo lead a strong LSUS team as they already have one top 30 finish this season under their belt. They finished 29th in the event on Sam Rayburn as they caught five fish for the top 30 finish. The Pilots finished in 48th position in their other fishing trip of 2019 in Texoma.

LSUS has always fielded one of the top college fishing teams in the nation and this year is no different as Cheramie and Tamburo have their sights set on big things during 2019!
