Rohde Named Pitcher of the Week for Third Time
WACO, Texas – Isaac Rohde of LSU Shrevport (La.) returned as the RRAC Pitcher of the Week for the third time this season. This is the 11th set of weekly winners for the 2024 RRAC baseball season.
Rohde threw a complete game five-hit shutout as the Pilots won their clash with Louisiana Christian University, 13-0. The junior lefty from Rice Lake, Wis., struck out 11 and walked none over seven innings of work as LSUS separated from second place LCU. Rohde is the conference leader with a 1.43 ERA and 88 strikeouts. LSUS moved up to No. 2 in the NAIA polls with a 32-3 record and a 22-2 conference mark.
